Voicemail Management

• *96 - Deactivate voicemail
• *97 - Access voicemail
• *98 - Record new greeting

Playback Controls (During Recording Playback)

When listening to voicemail messages, use these keys:

• # - Previous message
• * - Next message
• 7 - Jump 10 messages forward
• 8 - Restart current message
• 9 - Jump 10 messages backward
• 1 - Reverse playback (press multiple times to increase speed)
• 2 - Stop/resume playback
• 3 - Fast forward

Call Management Features

Conference Calls (*53)

Create conference calls with multiple participants.

• *53 - Places all held callers into the first available conference room
• *53[room_number] - Places callers into a specific conference room (e.g., *53800)

Note

To specify a conference room, you will need to contact us to enable that feature on your account.

Call Recording (*93/*94)

Record conversations for your records.

• *93 - Start recording the current call
• *94 - Stop recording the current call

Caution

Always gain the consent of all parties before recording a call. Recordings can be accessed from within Solitary One.

Other Services

Call Details (*63)

Request detailed information about a call via email.

• *63 - Request call details (caller ID, duration, time) to be sent to your email

Echo Test (*56)

Test your phone’s audio quality and DTMF functionality.

• *56 - Perform echo test (system returns your audio and reads back DTMF tones, useful for checking the quality of your handset’s microphone.)

Wakeup Calls (*62)

Set automatic wakeup calls from the system.

1. Dial *62
2. Press confirm
3. Enter time in 24-hour format (HHMM) - e.g., 0715 for 7:15 AM
4. Press * to cancel after confirmation

Note

Wakeup calls only ring your phone, and forwarding settings will not apply.

Whitelist (*91)

Add contacts to your preferred caller list.

• *91 - Add the last caller to your whitelist

Blacklist (*92)

Block unwanted callers.

• *92 - Add the last caller to your blacklist

Note

The system uses the last number that called you within the past 5 minutes.
